Book Suggestions For British Teens

I asked for your suggestions for books that British teens could read as a response to the government banning/disappearing of To Kill A Mockingbird, and Of Mice And Men, from the school curriculum.

Please add your suggestions in the comments below, there are many countries and people not covered by our inadequate survey and knowledge.
